DELIVERY TIME

Many of our items are custom-made and manufactured upon order, so at the time of ordering, we can only provide an estimated delivery time for custom-order items. Delivery times may vary between different products, seasons, and delivery methods. Particularly, summer and Christmas may affect production as some factories may be closed during certain periods. Please note that all communicated delivery times are approximate, meaning that delivery can be faster or take longer than estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are generally beyond our control. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments to delivery dates in the event of delays in production from suppliers beyond our control. However, we always strive to deliver your items within the indicated approximate time frame.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The shipping methods offered vary depending on the size (bulky) of your order and your location. Larger furniture may be delivered on a pallet by the chosen carrier and handled as other packaging by you as a customer. You can also choose to have your furniture delivered to the door/property boundary. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check if it is possible to transport the furniture in the elevator or if it can enter through doors and stairwells. In winter, it is essential that the path/entrance to the house is accessible and free of ice. The road to the delivery address should be drivable and accessible. Please note that drivers cannot remove their shoes during heavy lifting for occupational health and safety reasons. Therefore, it is advisable to cover your floor if it is delicate or stain-sensitive.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

We are responsible for damages that occurred during transportation or delivery to you as a customer. When you receive your delivery, it is your responsibility as a customer to check if the package is damaged. Always check your shipment carefully immediately upon delivery. If you have received a delivery that has any damage to the packaging or item, it is important that you document this immediately in text and images. Take photos of the following: 1. outer and inner packaging, 2. label on the box with the item's order number, 3. the item you received where the defect is visible. Describe your case and email the pictures to our customer service at hello@itg.studio within 24 hours of receiving the item. This helps us handle your case more quickly. Keep the original packaging that the item came in. The product should not be used until further notice.
